SRT…A young married women , herself a healer, regression for anger, uneasiness, unrest, heaviness in chest ,phobia of snakes, shoulder pain, wants to feel released before planning child, as if there is some fear ..Unexplained  emotion…making her delaying her to plan  family. This was third session   of  past life regression with me ,I planned each session  with a gap of one week. First two sessions blended very well, stopped   anger, knee pain , shoulder pain. These   very interesting two sessions, needed a lot of healings . But I am sharing third session, in which SRT was needed…..
Third session…..SRT INBETWEEN REGRESSION….
   I am a boy standing in front of a toy shop   looking at a monkey toy playing drum. Now I am going towards a lone wheel swing and watching it. My mother is here and taking me home. She is talking a lot….my father is at home .He came back after one month . He bought gifts for us. There is one more child in home, my brother…I am now 25, married. I come from office; my little daughter is greeting me. I have happy life…..
I am sitting in rocking chair, I am sad, house is empty . ( A lot of sadness on expression …. ) … silence ..brooding look…when asked what happened ?? ……I am at home, my wife is crying, my daughter fell from stairs, no blood, just dead. I could not save her… I was not home.[ started moving .. i am having unrest, uneasiness at chest and right side of neck.]…  I am holding her dead body to my chest and taking her upstairs, there is a small toy car on stair, she slipped due to this, I am throwing car away.  I do not want to let her go , but as if  she is telling let me go… my uneasiness in chest and unrest is too much...
Its is gray now , if is still there with me…[ I talked to  entity] …..  I am daughter, The passages to go form   here is too narrow  …[A long conversation].  .subject said.. .she is sitting in corner,  she is   in fear . when said that …I am opening a safe passage to send you to light  .Rescanning…..Subject…its empty but neck is uneasy on right side… a doll of her is there… [I convince the doll to go to her ] rescanning…subject gone but.a thandapan.[.chilled] part in some area of neck,[ I did conversation….with part]…I am desire and promise, subject….my daughter wanted a doll, new one, and I promised her…this thandapan is due to tears of my daughter, for so long period. [I suggested to….desire and promise we are wishing for her to get a new doll, in full faith, beyond time and space, so we are adding our wish to you, now you will like to go, subject…yesthey are gone .rescanning….all clear and clean,[ the life covered till death],
 lesion learned by subject .…do not delay things…
Went up to white light, in between waited for some guide, had feeling of some warmth, up very big light……….
Re-orientation… After three months. .I am free, I am so much at ease.  Last week there was a toy car on floor of some friend’s house, I make it a point to keep that on a table. After one and half year…bless with a child. Now I am a very  happy mother.

Past life therapy

Read some where , like to share.... Common Features of Obsessions and Compulsions =============== There are seven common features of obsessions and compulsions. The first three are related to obsessions and worrying in general; the last four are for people who experience both obsessions and compulsions. Listen to which ones fit you. (1) Your obsessions involve a concern with disastrous consequences. You are usually afraid that some harm will come to you or others. For instance, you'll forget to lock the doors of your house, and someone will break in and harm your family. Or you'll neglect to thoroughly wash your hands, and you'll develop some dreaded disease. Some people have compulsions, and they don't have that sense of obsession. They don't really know what they're worried about. But usually you will get a sense of dread, like something terrible is going to happen. (2) There are times when you know your obsessions are irrational. Some people believe their worries are accurate reflections of reality, and it's hard for them to get a perspective. But for most people there are times when you know that your worries are senseless. During good times, when you're not under stress, and you're not involved in your ritual or really worried, you can say, "This is crazy. This doesn't make any sense." You know that you're not really going to get sick if you fail to wash your hands five times. You don't really believe that your boss will humiliate you if you make one typing error. Nonetheless, when you start to worry, you believe those fearful thoughts. (3) You try to resist your obsessions, but that only makes them worse. You want to get rid of these worries because they cause so much fear. But when you fight these thoughts it often makes them more intense. This gives us a clue to one of the ways we can start to change this negative pattern. If resisting the thoughts makes them worse, what might help lessen them? ...Believe it or not, accepting your fearful thoughts will help lessen them! We'll talk more about acceptance in a few minutes. (4) Compulsive rituals provide you temporary relief. Some people just worry, and they don't have compulsive rituals, so this one wouldn't fit them. But when people do use compulsions, they provide relief and restore a sense of relative safety, even if just for a little while. (5) Your rituals usually involve specific sequences. This means that you often have a set pattern for how you wash, or check or count or think in order to be released from you distressing worries. (6) You try to resist you compulsions too. If your compulsions are brief, and don't interfere with your daily living, then you can probably tolerate them. But if rituals are inconvenient and take a while to perform, then you probably try to avoid the rituals or to complete them as soon as possible. (7) You seek out others to help with your rituals. Compulsions can be so distressing that you enlist the help of those close to you. You may ask family members to help count for you, or friends to check behind you, or your boss to please read over a letter before you seal it up. These seven features should give you a better sense of your symptoms.

For example, train yourself to say, "I don't think or feel that my hands are dirty. I'm having an obsession that my hands are dirty." Or, "I don't feel that I have the need to wash my hands. I'm having a compulsive urge to perform the compulsion of washing my hands." REATTRIBUTE – Realize that the intensity and intrusiveness of the thought or urge is caused by OCD; it is probably related to a biochemical imbalance in the brain. Tell yourself, "It's not me—it’s my OCD," to remind you that OCD thoughts and urges are not meaningful, but are false messages from the brain. REFOCUS – Work around the OCD thoughts by focusing your attention on something else, at least for a few minutes. Do another behavior. Say to yourself, "I'm experiencing a symptom of OCD. I need to do another behavior." REVALUE – Do not take the OCD thought at face value. It is not significant in itself. Tell yourself, "That's just my stupid obsession. It has no meaning. That's just my brain. There's no need to pay attention to it." Remember: You can't make the thought go away, but neither do you need to pay attention to it. We begin our lives in the womb, folded in on ourselves like the bud of a flower. We can see our whole lives in the mirror of this natural form. When we emerge from the womb, we slowly begin our unfolding, just as the flower begins to open its petals. At its prime, the flower draws many insects to it & also the eyes of appreciative humans. When the flower’s petals begin to fade & its life cycle comes to an end, it ceases to hold itself upright & returns to the earth. Traditionally, we return to the earth, just as all plants & animals do. Like flowers, we leave behind seeds in the forms of children & other gifts only we could have given. They continue to unfold even after we are gone. Rebirth is encoded into our lives, and death is just one part of the cycle. 
Look around you, and you will find connection & insight. Notice how your moods shift from one to another like the sky shifts from bright blue to turbulent grays. In order to forgive we need to stop identifying ourselves with the suffering that was caused us.
When someone has hurt us, consciously or unconsciously, one of the most difficult things we have to face in resolving the situation is the act of forgiveness. Sometimes it feels like it’s easier not to forgive & that the answer is to simply cut the person in question out of our lives. In some cases, ending the relationship may be the right thing to do, but even in that case, we will only be free if we have truly forgiven. If we harbor bitterness in our hearts against anyone, we only hurt ourselves because we are the ones harboring the bitterness. Choosing to forgive is choosing to alleviate ourselves of that burden, choosing to be free of the past & choosing not to perceive ourselves as victims.
One of the reasons that forgiveness can be so challenging is that we feel we are condoning the actions of the person who caused our suffering, but this is a misunderstanding of what is required. In order to forgive, we simply need to get to a place where we are ready to stop identifying ourselves with the suffering that was caused us. Forgiveness is something we do for ourselves & our forgiveness of others is an extension of our readiness to let go of our own pain. Getting to this point begins with fully accepting what has happened. Through this acceptance, we allow ourselves to feel & process our emotions.
It can be helpful to articulate our feelings in writing over a period of days or even weeks. As we allow ourselves to say what we need to say & ask for what we need to heal, we will find that this changes each day. It may be confusing, but it is a sign of progress. At times we may feel as if we are slogging uphill through dense mud & thick trees, getting nowhere. If we keep going, however, we will reach a summit & see clearly that we are finally free of the past. From here, we recognize that suffering comes from suffering, & compassion for those who have hurt us naturally arises, enhancing our new perspective.

Past Life Regression on Skype
A 28 year old unmarried girl and feeling low, a lot of load and heaviness on chest and gets angry very soon, forgetfulness, not able to cope up with stress, too much insecure for relationship, misses her mother too much. 
Father expired when she was 5 years old, mother expired 1 year ago, brother living in another country.
Medical Health: PCOD, acne, knee pain.
Dream and Phobia: snakes in dream and fear of snakes. Visualization of man with horns in dreams when something bad going to happen.
Regression:
On scanning on knee gray and blackness- released, black patches in abdomen-released, blackness in heart area, inside the blackness a big hole, mother is sitting there and worried about me. Subject started crying and didn’t want to release her mother. After counseling for both of them mother blessed her and went up.
Session:
It’s a big home. I am wearing a blue floral skirt and playing with my sister in Ireland. Now I am 21 years, married going to attend some function with my husband and son in a vintage car. There is an accident. Both of them died. My sister came and took me to my parent’s home. (She is present life mother). My parents are no more. I am staying here and it feels very lonely (a long description of life).
I am old, wearing a floral print, sitting on a rocking chair. A snake came and coiled on my feet. I think snake will bite me. I get faint then and there. My sister’s son came and picked me carrying to the hospital. I am in bed in hospital having acute chest pain. I think I am having a heart attack. I am dead. My sister is near me.
Lesson Learnt:
One must have own family.

More love u give same amount you receive
I am moving from the light. Now I am in my mothers’ womb. She eats a lot of sweets and apples. I am being born. My mother is asking doctors whether I am having all the toes or not. She is happy to see me. I am happy.
Re-Orientation:
I am feeling light. I felt tons of weight is lifted from my chest.
I love floral prints and I used to tell my mother that one day I’ll visit Ireland.
I am very fearful in this life that I’ll be alone in life, hopefully release this part.
Snake was really coiled on leg but he wasn’t poisonous.
I got a heart attack due to fear. After my mom’s death I was behaving differently. I hope my mother will rest in peace now.
Discussion after 1 month:
There is no cry, no anger, not feeling low, no dream of snake, no burden on chest.
I am sleeping good, physically energetic, improved memory; I am engaged, getting married next month. I am confident that I have a happy life ahead.

*Remember, it’s not the issues that cause your low-ebb feelings as much as the significance you’re giving them.
*Now, find your Soft Heart attitude by feeling love, care or appreciation for a person, pet or something you really care about. This helps you get into a soft place in your heart & increases your effectiveness when feeling care & compassion for yourself.
*Soak & relax any unwanted feelings in the compassion of the heart, letting the significance dissolve a little at a time. Take your time doing this.
*Keeping your attention in a Soft Heart can allow more coherent heart rhythms to emerge, helping you recoup mental, emotional & physical vitality.
*Respect the fact that you are human, living in challenging times. Allow yourself to ease & rest in the comfort of your Soft Heart to recoup energy.


As you move in slower motion for a while, you’ll find that your emotional energy delicately recharges & your vitality & heart buoyancy eventually will return.

.What is Ego?

The ego is our sense of self. Our boundaries; a feeling of being me. Ego gives us definition in the 3-dimensional world:
”This is my body. This is my mind. This is me. These are my preferences, my limits – my, me, mine.”
Ego is a necessary component of human life. It informs us of our choices in the world.
Our beliefs, feelings, emotions & thoughts create our current & future realities so if you believe you need the ego to remain within your being to protect you, then that is a very valid belief that will continue to serve your soul’s learning process. However, just because we believe something to be true for us does not mean it is the highest truth for our evolution. At this time on the Earth we are in a very intense period of transformation where we are releasing old distorted beliefs & energies that once served our highest good & we are replacing them with new more evolved beliefs that will help us expand our consciousness so we can move forward.

Positive Ego

To have definition in this 3-dimensional world, we need our ego, right? But what choices do we make with this ego of ours? And how do we train ourselves to redefine our ego boundaries, as we expand as humans?
Usually our sense of self is a sensation in the upper stomach; the solar plexus.
This is the point of the inner sun that, when in balance, gives us a feeling of empowerment & joy in our lives. It gives us power to act and keeps us feeling independent & strong. It radiates warmth out into the rest of the body. It makes us value our uniqueness & when properly tended to & channeled, prepares us for greater service to others as the ego-energy is funneled up into the heart center. This is positive ego.

Negative Ego

Ego is by definition limiting.
Its function is to keep us safe, to contain us. Its understanding doesn’t reach beyond the material world. The ego understands only that which it can grasp; “I am safe because I have a house, money, food in the fridge” is typical ego reasoning.
Putting security in that which can be seen is what the ego does. Either or – thinking is typical of the ego as well. It thrives on comparison.”Why does he get that & I don’t?” is a familiar tune from the ego music library.
For the ego it might be hard to understand that if I am a child of the Universe, that by being special, nothing is being taken away from anyone.
If you feel yourself to have a big ego & you’ve been beating yourself up about it – you can stop now.
Lots of ego energy just means lots of energy potential to be channeled into your heart, to be used for compassion, service & healing. This can be done through working with selfless service (Nothing refines your ego like putting your own needs aside!), meditation, yoga, or other spiritual practices.
If you’ve been repressing your ego, you can stop it now.
Let yourself feel your stomach area. Strengthen your abdominal muscles. Do an intestinal cleanse. You might have some shame issues or anger issues to work through as you allow your sense of self to awaken. Let yourself discover your uniqueness. And from that point, start your expansion into recognizing the miracle within all.

Worry Confused With Concern 

One of the most incorrect beliefs that we have acquired since childhood is that to worry is to care, worrying is caring. Our parents are the people whom we grow up with & are closest to in our childhood. As soon as we are born, in fact even before we are born, even when we are in our mother’s womb, they start transmitting the energy of this belief through their thoughts & later on when we are physically present in front of them, through thoughts, words & actions; to us, which we catch, because we being a spiritual energy, not only transmit or radiate but also absorb energy. As we grow up, this false belief keeps reaching us from everyone on a subtle as level as physical level from whom we meet & are close to including our friends, siblings (brothers & sisters), spouse etc. and slowly we start accepting this belief as being completely true & lead our lives according to it & even transmit the same to others. That is why it is extremely difficult to find a single person today who does not live according to this belief or does not bring it into their daily lives to some extent or the other. 

A very common example of the above belief which we all have gone through sometime or the other is when we are late by just a few minutes in coming back home from office. On reaching home, we are asked a thousand questions & by our family members, perhaps our parents or spouse or children about where we have been & why hadn’t we bothered to call and also informed about another thousand negative assumptions they had made in that much time. Why? Because they had been worried for us. We are normally surprised with the fact they are worrying, because 9 out of 10 times we are late because of a not so serious reason, but our family members explain that we were worrying for you because we care for you. But worrying is not caring. Worry is fear or anxiety & care is love or concern, they are two opposite emotions which can never exist together at the same time. 


We are all linked together at a subtle, invisible level & communicate with others invisibly. We not only send but also pick up the energy that others radiate, especially the ones that we are close to. We demonstrate with an example how this can work positively as well as negatively when we find ourselves in negative situations in our practical lives. 

Suppose the class teacher of your child (we take the example of your son) calls up & says that while playing in the school playground, your son has injured himself. She doesn’t explain much but says there is nothing to worry. She requests you to come & pick him up from the school. At this point of time your son is radiating his own spiritual energy which is most probably the negative energy of fear, stress, anxiety & sorrow (although the teacher has informed you that he is fine). At the same time he is also picking up your subtle spiritual or mental energy. You are driving to his school to pick him up. At this point of time, you only have a rough idea of what situation he is in exactly at that moment because you are physically far away from him. Guessing about the exact situation is making assumptions & is a waste of your mental energy. If you make negative assumptions i.e. you worry & are scared, then you are sending him the same vibrations of fear, a negative energy, which he is going to pick up & it is not going to empower or help him in anyway but is more likely to weaken & disturb him and even disturb you in your driving. You have been told that there is nothing to worry but still you know he is in a slightly difficult emotional situation & only he knows how he will come out of it. What will help him? He needs your support, but what will support him the most - we are talking about subtle support, because you are going to take some time to reach the school & provide him physical support? Your negative vibration of fear which you may mistakenly call concern or care as you imagine something bad has happened? Or the positive vibrations of your unconditional love & your good wishes, which is true concern or care? What will you send him to support him from far away? Worry vibrations or the vibrations of love in the form of your good wishes for them? Vibrations of love will keep you also in a positive state as you drive through the city. Besides, what is care or concern? It is you sending your positive inner spiritual light to help another and worry is definitely not that.

The sense of feeling bored in life can be an indicator that we need to be proactive in creating change.

Sometimes we feel that things aren’t moving along fast enough for us & that the world is passing us by. It may be that time seems to stand still & that we are simply bystanders in our own lives. Other times it might appear that there is nothing new left for us to experience & that we are locked into a never-ending cycle of static state. If we take the time to listen to these feelings we will notice that there is probably more going on beneath the surface, like our apprehension to venture out into the unknown. By taking a new look at how we live our lives, however, it will be easier to break through our sense of boredom & enter into a more positive state of being.

When life seems monotonous, it is usually an indication that there is something we need to change. Boredom can easily lead us down the path to despondency. Acknowledging our feelings & then setting the intention to alter just one small thing in our life can give us a much more affirmative outlook. This act of change allows us to step outside of ourselves & discover new & exciting things that are often already present in our everyday lives. Simple things such as eating a healthier diet, taking a new class, or joining a club are all ways in which we can go beyond our comfort zone & explore the wonders that exist all around us. Keep in mind that the moment we do something different from our usual routine, the more fresh energy, hope &blessings we will manifest in our life. What this means is that we’ll no longer see things as being tedious but will instead realize the preciousness of everything.

Being able to integrate these subtle changes on a daily basis allows us to recognize the miracles that are our lives. Even though we may think of change as doing something life-altering or drastic, gentle transitions from our habitual ways of doing things & an appreciation of all life offers us will truly bring about positive & lasting transformation.

PAST LIFE REGRESSION AND LIFE BETWEEN LIFE SESSION REGARDING A RELATIONSHIP ISSUE..
.SESSION REPORT IS WRITTEN AND SHARED BY PERSON WHO REGRESSED...
The reason for taking PLR session was a person with whom I was in deep love but still has fears of expressing my love to him and a feeling of insecurity in being in a relationship with him. This thing has been annoying me from past 6 months since this was the time I started seeing him. Despite being uncomfortable in being in a relationship with him I was ignoring other marriage proposals which were coming for me. All this became my questions (why this is happening) for taking PLR and LBL.
As I entered in past life , I saw a man standing on dry land and it was evening time and year was 1942. Next, I found one hut and . As I went inside I saw that same person lying on bed made of coir, sleeping with a multi color check sheet on him. In next scene I see that same man sitting on some rocks and drinking tea with his friends and a lady wearing a green color sari standing by his side. Then doctor asked me to see what work that man do and I saw he is a laborer working on site where a road is being made. Then I was asked to go an important event and I saw my marriage. I was getting married to same man whom I saw earlier. He is tall dark and handsome man having big eyes and moustaches, wearing a tilak on his forehead and a garland made of marigold flowers. At this moment I realized he is the same person whom I’m in love with in my present life. I’m wearing a red sari on my wedding.
Next scene I saw my funeral, and was old around the age of 80s. I was asked is my husband present there and I said no my son is there. Doctor asked to go above and see the birth of your son. I saw I gave birth to a daughter and in that life I had three children, two daughters and a son. Doctor asked me to go to an important event and see from above where is your husband. Then I found after 5-6 years of marriage he left me and went with some other women, she was same women I saw earlier wearing a green colored sari. I was asked why he left me and I said he told me nothing. I was crying, the I found I was not beautiful in that life. I was dark colored and having scar mark on my face. It was this moment in which I saw myself for the first time in that life.
Then I was taken above towards light by doctor. It was beautiful and peaceful moment for my soul. I was in a petal shaped room filled with violet and pink light. My healing was done here and I was told to ask my Master Soul is there a future with a person whom I’m presently attached to? Master Soul replied ‘no’. I was asked to forgive my husband and that other women and I forgave them. Then I was asked to see my soul mate but only saw one small yellow light blinking in a corner but couldn’t recognize Lesson I learnt here was all this was bound to happen but I should forget the past and move towards my future. And I should not ignore myself as in spite of being very beautiful in my present life I never appreciated myself.
Review after three months...
I totally overcome from the feeling of love towards that person , ...Strangely only after three weeks of session learned about his other relationship. I can feel now that I am beautiful

I want to leave my alcohol addiction and know about spiritual advancement

Case: A 59 years old surgeon came for PLR to leave alcohol and to get guidance for spiritual growth.
Regression: I am a man wearing Kurta Dhoti in a small village market. There is a very small cheap liquor shop. Now I reached my home. It’s a very good house. I am well off. I have a wife and a son and a daughter. I am Hindu. Its morning time I am going to my farm. I give orders to others. People respect me and I am rich. Its evening and now I am going to a liquor shop and drinking. Now going back to home. It’s a very old time period. Liquor is not of good equality.
My health is bad. My kids are married. I am nearly 75 years of age. I am bed ridden. Only my daughter is taking care of me. I died due to bad health. My body is cremated. My daughter is crying and she is very sad.
Lesson Learnt: I shouldn’t have drink alcohol. I feel sadness for my daughter.

 Year  1140...i  am  a girl,  wearing dear  skin  cloths,  age  25  years, living in  Gangotri, an ashram, since childhood, as  I am an orphan, but most cared by others in ashram. This ashram is having Shiva statue. I have taken diksha. I am a Brahma Chari. We are going kashi for Kashi Vishwanath Darshan with our head of the ashram. I stayed there, then I went to Lumbvini, it is in Nepal. I stayed and did have siddhiya by tapsya. I am a bhikhshuni... I meditate whole day. I see now we all are going to bless a marriage ceremony in patliputra.it is a very big palace. We are blessing the boy, who is to be married. His name is dhritu. I am 35 year old now. When dhritu saw me, he refused to get married to the other girl. A lot of things are happening. We are coming back. His father is standing with us with folded hand. Some one from us is telling something. Regarding marriage, I am too upset to listen these things. We are leaving the patliputra.but I did not accepted dhritu proposal. But I know, I liked the thought of his love for me. I am varying sad. Meri tapsya bhang ho gayi, toot gayi... now I am in kashi sang math. I am 50 years old. I am head. I am sick. Mera dil me khrabi hay. Breathing problem hai. Dhritu is here to take care math and me. He is still unmarried. He devoted his life for me. 
(.actually dhritu is my life husband.).......then death...lesson learned...duty is important.
2nd life......
.year.1803 I am a beautiful girl in Palestine area. They are calling me malika. I have four brothers, my father is very rich. I am very much pampered. I am very proud, in nature. An Indian man comes to teach me sitar. Now we love each other. Abbas, my elder brother now know this. I am too sad. Abbas killed my sitar teacher. Sitar teacher was in fact dhritu, of last life; he is my present life husband. I am. Going   to Paris for change but not happy. Time is passing. I am not ready to come back. Abbas is sad. He takes so much pains, comes to meet me. His wife also comes.   Now I understands my brothers love for me, so  I  am getting  married  to  some  one  my  family choose. A lot of story......................death. Lesson learned............be compassionate.

  i am a girl, 12 year, golden hair, my name is rose.  I am on ship with my nanny (caretaker). My mother is dead, so my father is sending me to my grand parents, I am leaving Lahore.my father do some work there. I am growing in beautiful women. I study and good in it. My grandfather is dead. I live with my grand mother and nanny.my house is beautiful. I am happy, I love someone, and he loves me. Actually (you know... he is the same dhritu& sitar teacher). I am going somewhere. It is big building, it is airport. My friend came to airport to see me off. I am upset. I complained about my father to govt. I think he is a spy. Some Budapest regency...Nazi...these thoughts are coming in mind. Oh, I want to tell my father, what I did. Oh ...my father is here. At airport. He is coming. Ahhhhh. He shot me.i am dead. He killed himself. My lover...he is so sad...lesson. Learned.....i should not have taken a hasty decision .one should make proper inquiry, before any conclusion .he was not a wrong man.   I am feeling uselessness now.....very long silence....
After PLR: Reorientation and integration....
                                Very much scared at airport. Chest problems without medical cause. Chest hurts a lot without any reason.
Some azeeb sa birth mark on chest. In this time.
Present husband......they met at airport. He came to pick her, official work. Not known.to each other.it was love at first site for both. In this life also uska rokaa ho chukka tha.he refused for that rishta. They got married with efforts of Mamaji of her husband. Mamaji was father of dhritu in year.1140.
She feels very much connected with Lahore, London and Paris.
Four other relations in present life were in other lives.
Conclusion....dhritu (1140), sitar teacher (1803), a friend and love (1932)...is same person.... all the time and husband in this life...

SOUL MATE....

 It is said that even before you were born, the name of your spiritual half has been determined. Each soul has a … your soulmate.
 Your true spiritual soulmate is the person who is intended to help you “complete yourself.”
Jerry McGuire was right – soul mates complete each other. A person is unable to complete his mission in life alone. Everyone needs someone to help them become a better person. This is not always a blissful experience.
Being in an honest, sincere, and committed soulmate relationship helps you to become a better version of yourself. You have to push yourself beyond your comfort zone, beyond your limits to find your better self.
Even though we tend to think of soul mates as a symbiotic union; soulmate relationships can be rough at the beginning. They can be like two jagged edged puzzle pieces trying to click into place. Sometimes it looks like you do not fit together at all, but soon after a little bit of twisting, turning, and flipping the pieces around, you feel the moment of the perfect click. It’s a feeling deep in your soul, that says, this is the right one.
Often soulmates appear in disguise. You might not be physically attracted to each other when you first meet, but there is a mysterious force pushing you forward that tells you this is “the right one” for you.

You know you’ve found your soulmate when:

1. You just know it.

Something deep inside tells you . It’s as if there is a spiritual force pushing you to let go of everything you previously expected and to give of yourself completely.
